We are a growing online jewelry company with over 10 years of success selling across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and more. We are looking for an experienced AMAZON, ETSY & WALMART E-Commerce Specialist to help grow our business by creating high-converting product listings, optimizing marketplace performance, and developing engaging content that increases visibility and sales.

Responsibilities

As our AMAZON, ETSY & WALMART E-Commerce Specialist, you will:

• Manage and optimize our AMAZON, ETSY & WALMART E-Commerce Specialist account.
• Create, publish, and maintain AMAZON, ETSY & WALMART product listings.
• Develop compelling A+ Content that improves customer engagement and conversion.
• Optimize listings using SEO best practices, including keyword research, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
• Edit and enhance product images and videos for AMAZON, ETSY & WALMART and other online marketplaces.
• Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic and sales.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage product catalog updates and ensure listing accuracy.
• Support additional marketplaces, including AMAZON, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify, as business needs require.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Analyze marketplace performance using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for continued growth across all e-commerce channels.
• Leverage AI tools to help improve product content, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years of experience managing AMAZON, ETSY OR WALMART E-Commerce Specialist.
• Experience creating and optimizing product listings.
• Experience developing A+ Content.
• Strong understanding of AMAZON, ETSY & WALMART SEO and marketplace best practices.
• Experience editing product images and videos.
• Proficiency with one or more of the following:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva
• Clipchamp
• Adobe Rush
• Similar photo and video editing software
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms is a plus.
