E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to oversee and optimize our brand’s presence across major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role focuses on managing digital storefronts, driving online sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Storefront Management

• Oversee product listings to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and search optimization.
• Manage pricing, promotions, inventory levels, and timely product updates across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product campaigns and platform-specific strategies.
• Analyze store performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, and sales) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Platform Performance & Optimization

• Supervise day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth workflows and timely updates.
• Identify trends, monitor competitor activity, and implement strategies to improve visibility and sales.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
