E-Commerce Specialist (D2C)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of the Shopify platform.
• Manage and improve the sales inventory mechanism, including Sales and Inventory KPI.
• Create various strategies and techniques to improve conversion rate and ROAS.
• Ensure timely listing of new SKUs to maximize advertising and sales opportunities.
• Oversee UI/UX enhancements and continuously optimize the customer journey to drive improved engagement and user experience.
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and adequate stock availability.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking processes as required.
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and present reports using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, CRM platforms, VWO, and other analytical tools.
• Ensure secure and seamless payment processes, adhering to encryption and data protection protocols.

Requirements:

• 3-6 Years of proven expertise in managing Shopify and scaling online sales in oversees market.
• Strong understanding of CRO, SEO, and customer retention strategies.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4).
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Prior experience in the FMCD industry and the overseas market will be an added advantage.
