Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to support online payment operations, troubleshoot payment issues, and manage payment gateway integrations using CyberSource and Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce and payment gateway operations.
- Troubleshoot payment failures and transaction issues.
- Support payment API integrations and testing.
- Monitor transactions, refunds, settlements, and reversals.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and payment security standards.
- Coordinate with merchants, banks, and development teams.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, digital payments, or fintech.
- Hands-on experience with CyberSource and/or MPGS.
- Knowledge of payment processing, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Programming knowledge in PHP, Java, or .NET.
- Understanding of PCI DSS, tokenization, and 3D Secure.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
