We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist / E-Commerce Analyst to help establish, manage, and grow our online store presence across various global marketplaces.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, optimizing, and scaling our e-commerce operations. This role requires hands-on experience with product sourcing, inventory management, marketplace operations, product listings, pricing strategies, and performance analysis.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

• Set up and manage seller accounts on:
• Amazon
• Walmart Marketplace
• eBay
• AliExpress
• Shopify
• Other relevant e-commerce platforms
• Monitor account health, compliance, and marketplace policies.
• Optimize product listings for visibility and conversions.

Product Research & Sourcing

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify profitable products.
• Source products from suppliers and manufacturers.
• Evaluate pricing, margins, and market demand.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding product availability and procurement.

Inventory & Operations Management

• Track inventory levels across multiple sales channels.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory forecasting.
• Monitor order fulfillment and logistics performance.
• Ensure accurate product information and stock availability.

Product Listing & Content Management

• Create and maintain product listings.
• Upload product images, specifications, descriptions, and pricing.
• Perform keyword research and optimize listings for search visibility.
• Ensure product content meets marketplace requirements and brand standards.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Generate regular reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze customer behavior and marketplace trends.
• Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and at least one major marketplace (Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or AliExpress).
• Strong understanding of inventory management and product sourcing.
• Experience with product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon FBA.
• Knowledge of international sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and inventory management systems.
• Experience managing multi-channel e-commerce operations.
