Reboot Tech Recycling LLC is a growing technology company specializing in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), electronics recycling, and refurbished IT equipment sales.

We handle a wide range of technology products, including laptops, computers, servers, and other electronic equipment.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and bilingual E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop their e-commerce skills and build a long-term career with our company.

About the Position

We are seeking an Entry-Level / Junior E-Commerce Specialist to support our daily online sales operations, primarily on eBay and Shopify.

We welcome candidates with some hands-on e-commerce experience, including internships, part-time jobs, or personal online selling experience.

You do not need to be an expert. We provide hands-on training and guidance to help you develop your skills.

We are especially interested in candidates who are bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, eager to learn, responsible, and interested in growing professionally with our team.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Montclair, California.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage product listings on eBay, Shopify, and other online sales platforms.

• Write accurate and appealing product titles, descriptions, and specifications.

• Research product prices and competitors to maintain competitive listings.

• Take and edit product photos for online listings.

• Assist with inventory management, order processing, and product updates.

• Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve returns and other customer service issues.

• Monitor online sales performance and help improve product visibility.

• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory records.

• Coordinate with warehouse and sales team members to support daily operations.

• Learn and apply new e-commerce tools and techniques to improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online selling, or related fields is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with eBay, Shopify, Amazon, or similar online marketplaces is a strong plus.

• Experience with product listings, online store operations, inventory management, or customer service is preferred.

• Relevant internship, part-time, or practical online selling experience is welcome.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team.

• Interest in computers, electronics, and IT hardware is a plus.

• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Montclair, CA.

You may be a recent college graduate, someone with 1–2 years of experience, or someone who has gained practical e-commerce skills through internships or part-time work.

You do not need extensive management experience. We value a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and long-term commitment.
