About the role
As an E-Commerce Staff, your main job is to assist customers who message or order through our online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. You will answer product inquiries, help customers with their orders and payments, monitor and process orders, and assist with concerns or complaints. You may also help with basic admin tasks such as updating order details, checking customer information, coordinating with the warehouse, and making sure orders are processed correctly and on time.
