E-commerce Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling orders from an ecommerce account

• Print invoices, delivery receipts, and other necessary attachments, ensuring all documents are complete prior to delivery.

• Ensure all items is complete and checked before realizing.

• Ensure that the correct items will be released to the correct rider or pick up.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during order processing.

• Maintain organized records of all orders, receipts, and invoices for future reference.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the order processing workflow.

Qualifications:

• Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

• With at least 3 to 6 months of related experience.

• Amenable to work in Vancouver Cubao, Quezon City

• Can start ASAP.
