Job Description

Food World W.L.L. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Staff member to support our online grocery business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online product listings, processing orders, updating stock availability and prices, and ensuring smooth daily operations across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and process online orders accurately and on time.
• Update product availability and stock quantities in coordination with store teams.
• Ensure all available products, especially fruits and vegetables, are correctly listed and activated on online platforms.
• Monitor out-of-stock items and update product status accordingly.
• Coordinate with branch teams, delivery staff, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Handle customer inquiries and support order-related requests.
• Monitor order cancellations, rejected items, and product substitutions.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate product and order records.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales, product visibility, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or supermarket operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, and computer applications.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of online shopping platforms and inventory management systems is an advantage.
