E-commerce Store Operator

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Store Operator to help us run and optimize our online stores across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations such as uploading products and promotions, setting up vouchers, and ensuring our store pages are always up to date and aligned with campaign timelines. You will work closely with our commercial, content, and creative teams to ensure an engaging and seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, enjoys working with data and systems, and is excited to be part of a fast-moving E-commerce environment.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for fundamental tasks that are required to run the store in each E-commerce

platform [Price upload, voucher setup, banner upload, stock available maintenance, etc.]

• Work closely with E-commerce team to ensure that commercial deals are translated into

effective operational execution

• Work cross-functionally with content, commercial, creative team to produce a positive

customer journey through store execution Daily monitoring of store metrics to ensure that

stores are in the best condition and meet the KPIs.

• Working on Excel to extract data, computing, and reformatting

• Responsible for the warehouse and product stocks.

• Any previous work experience in relevant Store Operation, digital marketing, is a bonus

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Able to work well under pressure

• Experience working in the back office of an online platform
