E-Commerce Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Manage and update product listings, images, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate with web developers to troubleshoot and optimize the website for performance, and  user experience.
• Monitor and improve website traffic, conversion rates, and overall performance analytics.

Online Sales Strategy

• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, including paid ads, email marketing, and promotions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels are displayed online.

Customer Experience

• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues and improving the user experience.
• Manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely shipping and accurate delivery.
• Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and improve customer retention.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

• Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools/technologies.
• Analyze customer behavior to recommend changes or improvements to the online shopping experience.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align e-commerce goals with overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
