E-Commerce Supervisor

Jobdesc :

1. Address technical issues or complaints related to products and the e-commerce platform.
2. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance traffic and conversion rates.
3. Manage online advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms.
4. Conduct organic / paid traffics optimization to improve search rankings and product visibility on e-commerce platforms.
5. Flawless strategy and executions of affiliate, product catalogue, live commerce channels to actively generate and boost sales.
6. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify development opportunities.
7. Prepare monthly reports detailing target achievements and implemented strategies.
8. Design promotional programs, discounts, and bundles to drive sales.
9. Organize a promotional calendar for special events such as Double Date, PayDay, and other occasions.
10. Coordinate with the Marketing team to align promotions across various platforms.
11. Foster positive relationships with third-party partners.
12. Perform administrative tasks to support operational needs.

Qualification :

1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. At least 3 years of work experience in E-Commerce, digital marketing, or product management.
3. Experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
4. Strong managerial skills to lead a small team and collaborate with various divisions.
5. Ability to think creatively in designing promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
