E-Commerce Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce operations, SEO, digital marketing, social media, and online customer behavior.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other eCommerce tools.
• Experience with online advertising platforms and data analysis.
• Strong communication, project management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or eCommerce are an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platforms to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Develop and execute eCommerce, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, conversions, and sales using analytics tools.
• Create and optimize product listings and content to improve visibility and engagement.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Creative teams to support online business objectives.
• Research market trends and implement best practices to grow digital sales channels.
• Establish and maintain standards for product content, listings, and platform operations.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable business results.
• Drive continuous growth and success across all online sales channels.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php46,000.00 per month
