Job Description: E-Commerce Seller Supervisor

Role Overview
The Seller Management role is responsible for managing seller-related concerns, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a positive seller experience. The role requires close collaboration with sellers and internal operational teams to identify root causes, provide solutions, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit seller locations to understand and resolve operational concerns.
• Identify the root cause of seller issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist sellers in resolving issues and conduct regular follow-ups until resolution.
• Guide sellers on e-commerce best practices and operational processes.
• Provide feedback to sellers who fail to comply with platform or 3PL SOPs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships between JTC and sellers.
• Identify opportunities for seller growth, including volume growth and insights from other 3PLs and platform initiatives.
• Manage seller-related operational escalations, including pickup delays, delivery concerns, and follow-ups.
• Handle seller inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Operational Management
• Communicate and coordinate with internal operational teams regarding seller-related concerns.
• Work closely with Operations Management to address urgent seller issues.
• Influence and coordinate with operational leaders to drive timely resolution of seller concerns.
• Recommend process improvements to improve seller experience and operational efficiency.
• Communicate seller feedback and operational issues to relevant internal stakeholders.

Candidate Qualifications / Experience

• Mandarin-speaking candidate preferred/required.
• Willing to work onsite and visit seller locations as needed.
• Experience in seller management, customer experience, operations, logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage seller expectations and provide effective solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal operational teams.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and influence Operations Management to resolve

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
