E-commerce Supervisor

About the role

Manages all e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Lazada & Shopee) of the company with the help of the whole e-commerce team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises all e-commerce personnel driving efficiency and productivity of the unit
• Oversees the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and other related activities
• Monitors e-commerce platform advertisement budget, results and effectiveness
• Monitors all expenses like packaging, office supplies, etc.
• Strategizes the concept in marketing the products on-line to gain numbers of leads
• Maintains positive reviews of all e-commerce customers and makes up for the negative reviews
• Maximizes productivity of the customer service representative by reviewing analytics and analyzing the conversion rate
• Analyzes all given numerical data of TikTok, Lazada and Shopee to have data-based decision making
• Keeps the whole team updated about competitors' strategy and making action plans accordingly
• Maintains inventory level, monitors aging inventories and makes action plans accordingly
