E-Commerce Supervisor

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's online sales platforms, ensuring optimal website performance, seamless order fulfillment, and an exceptional customer experience. This role supervises the e-commerce team, develops strategies to drive online sales, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of all e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the e-commerce team to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, images, inventory availability, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, sales reports, conversion rates, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring inquiries, complaints, returns, and order issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance overall e-commerce operations.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), and digital commerce operations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
