E-commerce Supervisor

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee daily e-commerce operations, manage online sales channels, and ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.

The successful candidate will supervise the e-commerce team, monitor online sales performance, coordinate inventory allocation, and work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce operations, team supervision, online marketplace management, and process improvement, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. E-Commerce Operations Management

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department and ensure smooth business processes.
• Monitor online sales channels and ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders from order receipt to fulfillment.
• Oversee order confirmation, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure compliance with established operational procedures, company policies, and marketplace requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

2. Team Supervision & Performance Management

• Lead, supervise, and support the e-commerce team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Assign tasks and monitor team productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance and recommend improvements.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.

3. Order Management & Inventory Allocation

• Monitor incoming orders and ensure that order processing follows approved inventory allocations and fulfillment procedures.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Purchasing, and Demand Planning to ensure product availability.
• Implement controls to prevent over-allocation, over-releasing, duplicate processing, and incorrect order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock availability and promptly escalate inventory discrepancies and potential stockouts.
• Ensure that released quantities are within approved allocations and available inventory.
• Investigate order discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments to resolve issues.

4. Online Marketplace & Sales Performance

• Monitor sales performance across online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other company-operated e-commerce channels, as applicable.
• Track sales targets, conversion rates, order volume, cancellation rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate online promotions, campaigns, discounts, and special selling events.
• Ensure product listings, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and updated.
• Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve online revenue and profitability.

5. Customer Service & Order Fulfillment

• Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, order cancellations, and delivery concerns.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics regarding delayed, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect orders.
• Monitor fulfillment accuracy and delivery performance.
• Ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Implement measures to reduce order errors, cancellations, and customer complaints.

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, order fulfillment, inventory, and team productivity.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow controls.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, and operational transactions.
• Recommend system enhancements and process improvements to support business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, retail, or online marketplace operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Knowledge of order management, inventory allocation, warehouse coordination, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management systems, and marketplace seller centers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
