E-commerce Supply Chain Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Supply Chain Assistant to support our day-to-day order fulfilment, inventory and logistics operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, accurate and interested in developing their career in supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process e-commerce and channel orders, including picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Use ERP systems to process orders and maintain accurate inbound, outbound and inventory records.
• Support inventory management, regular stocktakes and reconciliation of system records against physical stock.
• Arrange and follow up on daily logistics and deliveries to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Assist with product batch, expiry date and inventory turnover management.
• Assist with resolving order, inventory and logistics issues, with opportunities to gradually become involved in channel order management, inventory planning and broader supply chain operations.

About You

• Reliable, responsible and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory management or order processing would be an advantage.
• Experience using ERP or WMS systems would be an advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce order fulfilment, picking and packing, dispatch or logistics coordination would be an advantage.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with good skills in organising, checking and processing data.
• Hold valid New Zealand working rights and be available to work full time.
