Job Description

We are hiring E-Commerce Support Specialists to assist customers with online shopping concerns, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and other e-commerce-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat
• Assist with product, pricing, and availability inquiries
• Help customers with orders, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Provide updates on order and delivery status
• Resolve account and transaction-related concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training

• Shifting schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on e-commerce systems, products, and processes

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate; college graduates are welcome
• No experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Willing to learn e-commerce systems and processes

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php25,800.00 per month
