Job Overview

We are hiring candidates for a Domestic Voice Process – E-commerce role. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, providing appropriate assistance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• • Graduation is mandatory.
• • Minimum 6 months of documented sales experience is mandatory.
• • Candidates with experience in Sales, Insurance, Tele-sales, Seller Support, or similar customer-facing sales roles can apply.
• • Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
• • Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• • Handle customer interactions through inbound/outbound calls as per process requirements.
• • Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and assistance.
• • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining service quality.
• • Follow defined process guidelines, communication standards, and performance parameters.
• • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and required information.
• • Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
• • Coordinate with relevant teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.

Compensation

• ₹21,000 CTC or ₹23,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI, based on the candidate's previous package and applicable company norms.
