What they need
- Receive and process orders from various e-commerce platforms.
- Print picking lists and express waybills through the ERP system.
- Check orders for incorrect information, duplicate orders, missing details, and other anomalies.
- Verify inventory availability and identify inventory discrepancies affecting orders.
- Categorize orders according to platform, courier, shipping method, or priority.
- Arrange and organize orders into appropriate shipping batches.
- Ensure order information, SKU, quantity, and shipping details are accurate.
- Prepare waybills for regular orders, reissued waybills,
- Perform outbound operations and transactions in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with picking, packing, inventory, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor pending or problematic orders and escalate issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of processed orders and waybills.
