E-Commerce Warehouse Operations Associate

A. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in managing daily operations of our eCommerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc..)
• Managing stock availability by balancing OHB, demand and supply orders to meet demand, while also ensuring to meet target week covers and minimize slow-moving stock.
• Ensuring the stock availability throughout the promotion period and special campaign, while also minimize overstock.
• Coordinating with Suppliers, Demand Planners, Merchandise and Warehouse team to find root causes of overstock, out of stock and provide action plan.
• Checking balance inventory and identify gap (if) among systems.
• Being a connecting point: Commercial, Demand, Warehouse and Ecommerce Team in terms of supply chain perspective.
• Following up reverse logistics and doing assessment ECDC KPIs
• Following up weekly return, VRA, Write-off
• Doing monthly reconciles stock and clearance.
• Doing inventory planning for dark stores to meet demand.
• Other assignment by line manager.

B. REQUIREMENT:

• Graduated in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Experience in warehouse operations
• Experience in processing E-commerce orders
• A strong willingness to learn and develop personally
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts, demonstrating a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
• Quick response ability to emergency situations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Skills in data analysis and problem-solving
