E-Commerce Warehouse – Packers & Order Pullers

Location: Apex, NC
Pay: $14.00–$15.00/hour
Full-Time & Part-Time Available

We are hiring Packers and Order Pullers for our growing e-commerce warehouse in Apex, NC.

We ship orders from our online stores and live auctions every day. We're looking for dependable people who work quickly, stay accurate, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring for TWO positions:

PACKERS – Starting at $14/hour

Packers prepare completed customer orders for shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify items and order accuracy
• Create shipping labels using our computer-based system
• Properly package items to prevent damage
• Keep packing stations clean and organized
• Assist with other fulfillment tasks when needed

Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time available
• Flexible morning/day/afternoon hours currently available
• SUNDAY AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED
• Additional weekday and Saturday availability is a plus

ORDER PULLERS – Starting at $15/hour

Pullers locate and retrieve sold items from our warehouse and organize them for the packing/shipping team.

This position involves considerably more walking and movement throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Locate and pull customer orders accurately
• Move throughout the warehouse efficiently to retrieve merchandise
• Organize pulled orders for the packing team
• Verify items and quantities
• Help keep inventory and fulfillment areas organized
• Assist with other warehouse duties when needed

Schedule:

• SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ARE REQUIRED
• Full-time applicants are strongly preferred
• Some part-time schedules may be considered
• Additional weekday availability is preferred

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

PACKERS: You must be available to work every Sunday.

PULLERS: You must be available to work both Saturday AND Sunday.

Qualifications

• Dependable and consistently on time
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using a Windows-based computer
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Organized and able to follow established processes
• Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Growth

Packers: Starting at $14.00/hour for the first 90 days

Order Pullers: Starting at $15.00/hour for the first 90 days

Performance is reviewed after the initial training period, with raises based on productivity, accuracy, reliability, and ability to take on additional responsibilities.

High performers are quickly considered for raises and advancement.
