E-GOVERNANCE EXECUTIVE

POSITION OVERVIEW

The E-Governance Executive will manage and support the university’s digital systems, ERP and online portals that enable smooth and transparent administration. The role ensures reliable, accurate and timely digital operations across admissions, examinations, records and day-to-day administrative workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Manage and monitor the university’s ERP, student information system and online portals.

▪ Coordinate digital workflows for admissions, examinations, attendance, fee management and records.

▪ Maintain accurate data entry and updates, and prepare MIS reports as required.

▪ Provide user support and basic training to faculty and staff on e-governance tools.

▪ Coordinate with the IT team and software vendors to resolve technical issues promptly.

▪ Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and regular backup practices.

▪ Support the university website, notices, online forms and digital communication.

▪ Assist in documentation, process improvement and digitization of records.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

▪ Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, BCA/MCA or a related field.

▪ 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a university or institutional setting.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

▪ ERP/MIS handling and data management.

▪ Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel.

▪ Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.

▪ Strong communication, coordination and attention to detail.
