E-invoicing Support Consultant

We are looking for a motivated E-invoicing Support Consultan t to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Respond to incidents as 2nd Level Support by analyzing, investigating, and escalating issues to the Development/Product teams
• Continuously analyze and initiate system and process improvements/changes based on received requirements, while always prioritizing risks
• Monitor Customer Health
• Manage escalations
• Manage SLA policies and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Collect requirements, analyze business needs, and execute process workshops
• Provide partner support via email/e-ticket
• Respond to partner issues
• Assist partners with implementation and training
• Analyze and report product malfunctions

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• Desired previous work experience as an ERP / Support Consultant in accounting applications
• Very good knowledge of myDATA (IAPR) - especially on Revenues
• Very good knowledge of ERP software, especially knowledge of Softone ERP will be considered as a strong asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Excellent customer – oriented skills
• Very good command of English language

Nice to have

• Experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems
