Overview:

As an E-Learning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day management and operation of our online learning platforms. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end E-learning process of all online courses and other learning programs offered by the company and drive continuous improvement of the user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Course Creation Launch

a. Co-ordinate with the teacher domain experts to create course pages in the standard format
b. Create appropriate banner images for the course
c. Create trailer videos, mails and social media messages required for launching course

2. Course Promotions

a. Develop innovative, authentic materials for promoting the course (including but not limited to Shorts, Reels, Slides, Posters, Charts, etc)
b. Own the promotion strategy of the course and promote the course across various
social media platforms in accordance with company policies.

3. Stakeholder Management

a. Handhold teachers for class delivery, adhering to company standards, and providing course materials
b. Handhold volunteers for editing of recordings class uploads, replay of videos, etc
c. Handle learner queries comments through various platforms such as Whatsapp, youtube, etc
d. Manage the learner Whatsapp groups effectively

4. Assessments Certification

a. Own the end-to-end process of Course Assessments, including registration, co- ordination with judges, slot allotment, assessment conduction, compilation of results and issue of certificates

5. Course Statistics a. Collect all data related to the course and provide to the management in required format
b. Regularly maintain and update all trackers required by the team

Key Result Areas:

• Adhering to the deadlines Turn-Around-Times (TATs) for various steps of Course Management

• Student numbers achieved through creative vigorous promotions

• Smooth stakeholder management to ensure zero complains from teachers / learners

Eligibility

• Any bachelor degree / Engineering / BCA / BBA with 0-2 years of experience.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to learn new tools as required for the job.

• Knowledge of basic Sanskrit or willingness to learn basic Sanskrit.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, YouTube, and Learning management systems. (LMS).

• Basic knowledge of Image, Audio and Video Editing.

• Experience with e-learning content creation tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.) is a plus.

• Ability to use AI to achieve required results.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills attention to detail required

Selection Process:

• Written test, practical test, and two interviews at the Bengaluru office.
