Job Description

ISF Group is looking for a creative and skilled E-Learning Content Creator (Freelancer) to develop digital learning content for our maritime industry clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional PowerPoint presentations and e-learning course content.
• Develop interactive e-learning modules using iSpring Suite.
• Create animations, graphics and visual content for training courses.
• Edit and produce training videos as per project requirements.
• Integrate voice-over, narration and audio into e-learning content.
• Create quizzes, assessments and other interactive elements where required.
• Modify and update existing e-learning courses based on feedback.
• Ensure the content is professional, visually engaging and easy to understand.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with iSpring Suite is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and e-learning content creation.
• Experience in video editing, animation and basic audio/voice-over integration.
• Good understanding of visual presentation and learner-friendly content.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within agreed timelines.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Maritime industry/e-learning experience will be an added advantage.

Freelance Work Model

This is a project-based freelance position. Work will be assigned as and when e-learning content development requirements arise.

The freelancer may be engaged for individual projects involving PPT development, e-learning modules, iSpring, animation, video editing, voice-over integration and course updates.
