What they need
This position will start off as 6 months contract.
Location:
Civil Service College, next to Buona Vista MRT
Duties:
- Support the migration of learning programmes and content development on the Learning Management System (LEARN).
- Conduct quality assurance and testing of learning content to ensure accuracy and functionality before publication.
- Assist in troubleshooting LMS and content-related issues, and work with the technical team to resolve system or content defects where required.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely support and solutions.
- Support the planning and logistical preparation for learning enablement workshops.
- Assist in the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops.
Working Hour:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
