E-Learning Developer

Location: Ortigas
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3x Onsite per Week
Schedule: Dayshift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging eLearning modules, simulations, videos, microlearning, and digital learning materials.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, knowledge checks, and interactive learning activities.
• Translate complex technical and business information into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Develop SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses and publish them through LMS platforms such as Cornerstone.
• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain learning content in LMS platforms.
• Ensure learning materials meet accessibility, usability, branding, and quality standards.
• Create job aids, facilitator guides, participant guides, FAQs, and other performance support materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, change managers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor learner feedback and performance data and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning & Development, Multimedia Arts, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in instructional design, eLearning development, or digital learning.
• Strong experience developing self-paced, virtual, blended, and instructor-led learning solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, video/screen recording tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Cornerstone or other LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI, LMS publishing, tracking, assessments, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, accessibility, usability, and quality assurance.
• Strong portfolio of eLearning modules, simulations, videos, storyboards, microlearning, and other digital learning outputs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
