FREELANCE iSPRING ELEARNING DEVELOPER

Ongoing Contract | 10–15 Hours Per Week | Remote

HR Proactive Inc. is seeking an experienced freelance eLearning Developer with strong iSpring Suite experience to support the ongoing production of workplace training programs.

This is primarily a development and programming role, not an instructional design or content-writing position. We provide developed PowerPoint-based course materials, including the course template, content, narration/video clips and transitions. Your role is to bring the course to life in iSpring and prepare it for LMS delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and program eLearning courses using iSpring Suite
• Create interactive scenarios and learning activities
• Program quizzes and knowledge checks
• Integrate video, narration and other media
• Program navigation, transitions and learner interactions
• Add and synchronize closed captioning
• Publish and test SCORM packages for LMS delivery
• Make revisions to existing iSpring courses
• Support multilingual course development and production

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated professional experience using iSpring Suite
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Experience developing SCORM-compliant eLearning
• Ability to program interactions, scenarios and quizzes
• Experience working with video, audio and closed captions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established templates and style guidelines
• Reliable availability of approximately 10–15 hours per week
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed timelines

Experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise is an asset, but demonstrated iSpring experience is important for this role.

Experience producing multilingual eLearning, particularly English, French and Spanish versions, is also an asset.

ISPRING LICENCE

Preference will be given to freelance developers who already maintain their own commercial/freelance iSpring Suite licence.

PAID DEVELOPMENT TEST

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a small paid iSpring development assignment using materials supplied by HR Proactive. The assignment will help us assess iSpring proficiency, attention to detail, ability to follow an established template and overall development quality.

This is an ongoing freelance opportunity for the right developer.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
