E-Learning / Multimedia Developer - Expert | TS/SCI w/ Poly

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.

Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time).

Make training people actually want to take. You'll design and build web-based training, multimedia and e-learning products for a federal national-security mission.

What you'll do

• Design and develop web-based training (WBT) and e-learning courses
• • Build interactive content in Adobe Captivate
• • Develop and maintain sites in Joomla, SharePoint, HTML and CSS
• • Create graphics, animation and video with Adobe Creative Suite
• • Work with subject matter experts to turn requirements into polished courses

What you bring (required)

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• • Experience building WBT, online courses or e-learning websites
• • Joomla, HTML and CSS
• • Adobe Captivate
• • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat

Nice to have

• SharePoint and PowerShell
• • Joomla upgrades/migrations
• • Instructional design and accessibility (Section 508)
• • Using AI tools in content production
• • Degree in graphic design, multimedia or online learning
