DigixSoft is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic E-Sales Intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students to gain hands-on experience in international sales while working with clients from around the world.

Job Type

• Full-time Internship (4 Months)

Location

• Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timing

• Night Shift
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays (if required)

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients through live chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain communication.
• Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Requirements

• This position requires working in a permanent night shift.
• Fresh Graduates and Final-Year Students are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English written communication skills.
• Good typing speed and computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service mindset.
• Sales or chat support experience is a plus but not required.
