• Channel: Voice & Non-Voice (Calls & Email)
• Experience: 6+ months relevant customer support experience
• Languages: English & Hindi – Mandatory
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through calls and emails.
• Assist customers with refund, account cancellation, and account-related queries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Communicate professionally in English and Hindi.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow defined process, quality, and service guidelines.
• Ensure a positive customer experience while meeting performance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant customer support experience preferred.
• Candidates with 1–4 months of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable handling both Voice and Non-Voice (Email) support.
• Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible to work across different channels based on business requirements.
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
