E2E Test Lead – Telecom OSS/BSS

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced E2E Test Lead – Telecom OSS/BSS to support a large-scale telecom transformation project based in The Hague, Netherlands.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end testing across telecom OSS/BSS applications, with a good understanding of CRM, Order Management, Billing, Provisioning, Activation and other interconnected telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple telecom OSS/BSS applications and interfaces.
• Prepare and execute E2E test scenarios covering complete telecom business processes.
• Perform technical impact analysis to identify upstream and downstream system dependencies.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), E2E testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and regression testing.
• Validate APIs, system interfaces and end-to-end data flows.
• Manage defects, track resolution and coordinate retesting with technical teams.
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, business analysts and stakeholders.
• Monitor test progress, risks and quality metrics.
• Support release readiness reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of software testing experience, including significant telecom OSS/BSS testing exposure.
• Strong hands-on experience testing telecom systems such as CRM, Order Management, Billing, Provisioning and Activation.
• Proven experience leading complex E2E and integration testing activities.
• Strong understanding of telecom business processes and system dependencies.
• Experience with API and interface testing.
• Ability to perform technical impact analysis and prepare comprehensive E2E test scenarios.
• Experience managing defects, test execution and release readiness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work on-site in The Hague, Netherlands.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the Netherlands.
• Candidates based in the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe who can relocate are welcome to apply.
