WiseTech Global

About E2open
E2open is the connected supply chain platform that enables the world's largest companies to transform the way they make, move, and sell goods and services. We connect more than 400,000 partners as one multi-enterprise network. Powered by the network, data, and applications, our SaaS platform anticipates disruptions and opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and operate sustainably. Our employees around the world are focused on delivering enduring value for our clients.
A Pivotal Moment — Why Join E2open Now
In August 2025 WiseTech Global, developer of the world's leading logistics execution software CargoWise, completed its strategic acquisition of e2open. This acquisition represents one of the most significant strategic moves in global supply chain technology in recent years, and it creates an extraordinary moment to join this business.
WiseTech's CargoWise platform has historically focused on logistics service providers such as freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. The e2open acquisition brings a deep, complementary product suite and customer base on the other side of the supply chain: the buyers, importers, exporters, shippers, manufacturers and brand owners who generate the freight in the first place.
Together, the two businesses create something that has never existed before: a truly end-to-end, multi-sided global trade and logistics marketplace connecting demand, planning, supply, channel, transportation and execution in one ecosystem, all underpinned by AI and data at scale.
