EA Engineer 电声工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Hearing aids acoustic design, components selection, performance test, hearing aid test software development and trial production run, meantime implement technical competence. 助听器声学设计，元件选择，性能测试，助听器测试软件开发，产品线试运行，实时技术能力实施。
• Hearing aids algorithm acoustic performance validation and verification. 助听器算法声音性能确认与验证。
• Provide and share expertise and specialist knowledge of practice in dedicated area.

在专业领域提供并分享实践的专业知识。

• Liaison with HQ technical Dept. and execute project plan to ensure that all deliverables are met timely and qualified.

联络总部技术部门并执行项目计划，以确保项目质量、及时交付。

• Organize, coordinate project team to achieve all project deliverables.

组织，协调项目组成员实现所有项目移交。

• Understanding new product introduction process and new product development process. 了解新产品导入流程与新产品开发流程。 岗位要求：
• Bachelor or above, major in Acoustic or Electronic. 本科或以上学历，声学或电子专业。 2. 3 years and above experience in acoustic or electronic design is preferred. 三年或以上声音或电子设计相关工作经验优先。
• Experience needed in practical acoustic measurements, data analysis preferred. 有实际声学测量和数据分析经验优先。
• Experience in acoustic simulation (FEM/BEM), Matlab, and acoustic signal processing is an advantage. 有声学仿真(有限元/边界元)，Matlab，以及声信号处理优先考虑。
• Knowing microphone, receiver, transducer or other electronic acoustics components would be great. 了解麦克风，授话器，转换器或其他电声元件优先考虑。
• Experience in Abqus, and Virtual Lab is preferred. 熟悉Abqus及Virtrual Lab软件。
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese. 精通中英文口语和书面语。
• Have very strong interpersonal and communication skill. 人际沟通能力强。
