About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who can work closely with the CEO and act as a bridge between leadership and key functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have an engineering background with strong manufacturing industry experience, along with hands-on exposure to operations, project management, cross-functional coordination, and technical discussions. This role requires someone who can understand business priorities, track execution, identify gaps, and ensure timely closure of critical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO on strategic, operational, and business-critical initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, R&D, Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, Finance, and other functional teams to drive execution.
• Track important projects, action items, timelines, and deliverables and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards, reports, presentations, and management updates for the CEO.
• Participate in project and operational review meetings, document key decisions, and follow up with respective teams.
• Support the CEO in project management and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Understand manufacturing processes, production challenges, engineering requirements, and operational dependencies.
• Work closely with plant/operations teams to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues.
• Assist in root-cause discussions, problem-solving, and implementation of corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
• Conduct follow-ups on CEO-level action points and provide regular status updates.
• Support preparation for management reviews, business meetings, presentations, and internal discussions.
• Assist the CEO in evaluating project progress, operational performance, and key business initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, technical, financial, and strategic information.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects entrusted by the CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in automotive, EV, engineering, or manufacturing.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Prior experience working closely with manufacturing/operations teams is essential.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering concepts, and technical operations.
• Hands-on experience in project management, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and management reporting.
• Ability to understand technical information and convert it into clear management-level updates.
• Strong follow-up, organization, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly execution-oriented environment.
