Key Hiring Criteria

1. CEO Office / Strategy / PMO exposure

• Direct experience working closely with a CEO, CXO, Founder, or senior leadership.
• Should be comfortable acting as an extension of the CEO's office.

2. AOP & Business Planning

• Experience tracking AOP/business targets, milestones, strategic initiatives and departmental deliverables.

• Ability to consolidate inputs from multiple functions.

• Management Reporting & Dashboards

• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

• Experience preparing MIS, management dashboards, business reviews and performance reports.

• Should be able to interpret data and provide meaningful insights, not just compile numbers.

• Meeting Governance & Follow-up

• Preparing MoMs, maintaining ATR/action trackers and following up with functional heads.

• Strong ownership of closure and escalation of overdue actions. Presentation & Communication

• Ability to independently prepare CEO/Board/leadership presentations, briefing notes and business updates.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Cross-functional Stakeholder Management

• Regular interaction with Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology and other business heads.

• Should be confident interacting with senior stakeholders.

• Project Management

• Experience managing strategic/cross-functional projects, timelines, milestones and risks.

• PMO/consulting background can be particularly relevant. Business Acumen & Analytics

• Understanding of revenue, profitability, marketing, student acquisition, operational metrics and business performance.

• Should be able to identify trends and highlight issues to the CEO.
