Job Description — Executive Assistant to MD

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who can efficiently handle administrative coordination, communication, logistics, and day-to-day support for the MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s emails, correspondence, and daily communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, transporters, and other stakeholders.
• Handle logistics and dispatch coordination as required.
• Maintain Excel reports, records, and daily MIS.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the MD.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
• Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Strong logistics coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Graduate preferred.
