Job Title: Executive Assistant to MD – Real Estate
Job Location: Mohali
Exp: 8 years Minimum
Remuneration: NO BAR

We are looking for a highly professional, confident, and influential personality to support the Managing Director of a reputed real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel.
Coordinate with senior management, clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
Handle confidential information and high-priority assignments with discretion.
Ensure effective follow-ups, communication, and execution of critical tasks.
Represent the MD’s office with professionalism, strong communication, and executive presence.

Requirements:

Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle senior-level interactions with confidence and maturity.
Prior experience supporting CXOs, MDs, or business leaders preferred.
Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and commanding personality with exceptional professionalism and executive presence.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
