My client is looking for an EA to support their Managing Director in their day-to-day activities. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will act as a trusted partner, organising, managing, coordinating and following up on all activities that support them.

What you'll do:

• Streamline and improve administrative processes
• Manage schedules and diaries
• Handle correspondence and filing
• Screen telephone calls
• Draft correspondence and meeting minutes
• Arrange travel and appointments
• Manage communications
• Prepare for meetings
• Prepare and update legal documents

What you'll need:

• Bilingual proficiency in French & English is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent writing skills in French and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and AI tools
• Knowledge of administrative management and professional writing standards
• Legal knowledge, particularly company law, employment law and social legislation
• Knowledge of personnel administration and budget management
• Ability to develop reporting tools and dashboards
• RELEVANT INDUSTRY AND ROLE EXPERIENCE, NEED TO SPEAK FRENCH AND ENGLISH, LEGAL EXPERIENCE ONLY. PARIS BASED.
