Role Description The Eagle Techno-Functional Business Analyst (BA) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves working with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to AI-enabled products and solutions, particularly within the Eagle platform and associated systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, translating functional needs into technical specifications, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate implementation. The BA will conduct impact analysis, support testing and validation, prepare clear documentation, and assist in user training and change management. The role also includes ongoing monitoring of solution performance and recommending enhancements to align with evolving business objectives.

Job Location : Pune or Bangalore

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days a week from office)

Responsibilities

• 10+ Years of progressive work experience in the investment management space
• Knowledge across front, middle, and back-office solutions focusing investment / asset management
• Deep knowledge across investment operational process across accounting, trade settlement, corp. actions, investment performance, security reference, collateral management etc.
• Strong investment data knowledge across EQ, FI, Derivatives, and alternate assets
• Strong knowledge on operational process including Mutual Funds, CITs, ETFs, and Separately Managed Accounts
• Strong working knowledge in Eagle suit of products (Accounting, Pricing, Investment Performance and Data Management)
• Strong understanding towards data integration, meta data management, data quality and ability to run SQL queries to perform data analysis are must to have
• Strong communication and written skills are required
• Working in a fast paced and agile environment is a must
