Key Responsibilities / 核心職責

1. Portfolio Management & Strategy Execution: Oversee fund operations and portfolio management, designing and executing tailored investment strategies aligned with the fund's risk profile.

   投資組合管理與策略執行： 統籌基金產品的日常運作與組合管理，制定並貫徹與基金風險偏好相符的投資策略。

2. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead end-to-end fundraising initiatives, from crafting capital-raising plans and pitch decks to managing LP due diligence and deepening institutional/LP networks.

   基金募資與投資者關係： 全面主導募資全流程，包括規劃募資方案、撰寫路演簡報、應對盡職調查，並持續拓展與維護LP資源。

Requirements / 任職要求

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally with a focus in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline.

   教育背景： 本科或以上學歷，金融、計算機科學、數學、統計等相關或數理專業優先。

2. Professional Experience: 5+ years of financial sector experience across investment, research, or fund analytics, featuring a proven track record of at least 2 years in primary portfolio management.

   從業經驗： 5年以上的金融行業投資、研究或基金分析背景，並具備至少2年獨立掌管投資組合的實戰經驗。

3. Licensure: Currently holds an active SFC Type 9 (Asset Management) Representative License.

   執照資格： 持有香港證監會（SFC）第9類受規管活動（資產管理）代表牌照。

4. Client Network: Demonstrated access to an existing, directly transferable network of LPs, HNWIs, family offices, or institutional clients is highly preferred.

   客戶資源： 優先考慮自帶成熟且可迅速轉化之客戶資源者（包含高淨值人士、家族辦公室或機構/企業投資者）。

5. Core Competencies: Exceptional risk control mindset, strong stress tolerance, superb communication abilities, and a high degree of collaborative spirit.

   綜合能力： 具備嚴謹的風險控制意識與抗壓韌性，擁有出色的溝通技巧與團隊協作精神。

6. Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese, and English for seamless business communication.

   語言能力： 精通中（普通話、粵語）、英雙語，能以三語進行高效商務溝通。
