About the Role

As EAME Communications Manager, Pet Food, you will define, lead and execute the regional communications strategy across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In this highly visible role, you will strengthen awareness, engagement and the reputation of Symrise Pet Food among employees, customers, partners and external stakeholders.

You will translate business priorities into compelling communication initiatives, ensure consistent messaging across local, regional and global levels, and act as the key liaison for global communications programs within EAME. Working closely with business leaders, marketing teams and subject-matter experts, you will drive impactful communications that support growth, transformation and employee engagement across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual EAME communications strategy and roadmap.

• Translate business priorities into clear and effective communication plans and campaigns.

• Define and maintain consistent messaging aligned with regional and global objectives.

• Partner with Global Communications and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment across all initiatives.

• Support employee engagement by developing communication tools, materials and internal campaigns.

• Promote the company's culture, values and strategic priorities through compelling signage & content.

• Organize and support internal events, leadership communications and ambassador networks.

• Lead communications activities for trade shows, scientific events, customer symposia and sponsorships.

• Create engaging content and campaigns for LinkedIn, digital channels and specialized media.

• Support product launches and regional marketing initiatives with effective communication strategies.

• Collaborate with sales teams, technical experts and cross-functional partners to amplify key business messages.

• Monitor communication performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You

You are a passionate and proactive communications professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You thrive in international and multicultural environments and enjoy transforming complex topics into engaging and impactful stories.

You bring strong expertise in corporate and digital communications, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on business objectives. You are creative, highly organized and comfortable working autonomously, while also building strong partnerships across functions and regions.

What You'll Bring

• Master's degree in Communication or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in international B2B communications.
• Experience within an industrial, manufacturing or technical environment is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multicultural and cross-functional projects.
• Strong expertise in corporate communications, digital communications, content creation and event management.
• Proficiency with AI-powered and digital communication tools.
• Experience managing communication budgets and external partners.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with a strong business orientation.
• Creativity, innovation and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
