What they need
Job Title: E&I Estimation Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 Years
Employment Type: Full-time, Office Role
Industry: EPC/ Engineering/Construction
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed E&I cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs.
- Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and scope of work.
- Prepare material, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare tender submissions and commercial comparisons.
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and technical/commercial deviations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Commercial teams.
- Maintain estimation databases, rates, and supporting documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering.
- Relevant experience in E&I estimation and tendering.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and estimation tools.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial projects preferred.
- ADNOC project experience highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
