IEM Dynamic Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a committed E&I Estimator to join our team in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze and understand the scope of work, drawings, contract, schedule, project execution of the project specifications.
- Taking off for bill of quantities, preparing cost estimates, budgets, progress claim and variation of works.
- Sourcing reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
- Quotation, tender costing, technical data & unit rate preparation within timeline given.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize cost efficiency.
What we need from you?
- Degree in Electrical/Instrument Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in M & E or the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Autocad skill is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and multitasking under minimum supervision.
- Possesses good communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
