E&I QAQC Supervisor

About the role

The role of the supervisor is to supervise daily QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed works
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients on quality related matters
• Review inspection and test reports, ensuring all records are accurate and complete
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
• Monitor testing and inspection activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare quality reports, inspection reports, and quality performance summaries
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits when required
• Train and guide QA/QC inspectors and site personnel on quality procedures and best practices
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance

About you

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 or 2 years in engineering whether electrical or mechanical
• Willing to work in Sipitang Sabah
