E&I QC Supervisor

IEM Dynamic Sdn. Bhd. is looking for qualified and committed E&I QC Supervisor to join our team for a refinery project in Klang Valley.

Job Type : Contract

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all E&I quality control activities at the project site.

• Ensure inspections are carried out in accordance with the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), project specifications, codes and standards.

• Lead and guide QC Inspectors in performing inspections and preparing quality records.

• Review inspection reports and QA/QC documentation before submission.

• Verify that materials, equipment and installations comply with project requirements.

• Coordinate with the Client, Construction team and Subcontractors for inspection and testing activities.

• Monitor quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required.

• Assist the QA/QC Manager in implementing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and quality control procedures.

• Prepare quality reports and maintain QA/QC records throughout the project.

Requirements :

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in E&I QA/QC, preferably in refinery or industrial projects.

• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection methods, codes and standards.

• Able to read engineering drawings, specifications and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

• Experience in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation.

• Good leadership, communication and documentation skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with different project teams.
