What they need
We are hiring a skilled E&I Sr. Electrician / Supervisor for our CEMENT plant to manage electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, and support smooth plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities for kiln, ball mill, packing plant, and auxiliaries.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical, instrumentation, and PLC systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, field instruments, PLC, VFDs, and power distribution issues.
- Ensure minimal downtime and improve reliability.
- Plan for necessary spares for equipment under his responsibility.
- Plan shutdown work, engage and supervise the electrical team.
- Coordinate with production & mechanical departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
5+ years of experience in the cement industry.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
