Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children
• Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, through personalized caregiving and teaching strategies
• Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting milestones and communicating with families regularly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment following health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that enhance learning experiences and promote teamwork
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
• Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while supporting individual needs
• Classroom experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Effective teaching skills that foster engagement and curiosity among young learners
• Relevant certifications or credentials in early childhood education are preferred but not mandatory
